Introductory rates. These are our rates while we build our portfolio. They're lower than you'll find elsewhere for the same work, and they'll rise as we take on more clients. What you're quoted at the start of a project is what you pay for it.

What AI packages need from you. Paid models need an API key in your name — a monthly or usage-based cost paid directly to the provider, separate from ours. We recommend Claude, but it's your choice. A free model can be used instead if you can provide a server; what it can do will be limited by that server's specifications, and it can be run entirely offline with your data staying on your own hardware.

Your data. We're not responsible for what you or your staff put into an AI system after handover. Depending on the provider and the account type, information sent to a model may be used to train it. Set the account up as a business account — the terms are different and your data generally isn't used for training. Read your chosen provider's terms before you send anything confidential. We'll walk you through this during setup.

Monitoring and tuning — €149/month. We watch output quality, cost and drift, and adjust as your business changes. Optional, cancel anytime.

Controlled testing of how your infrastructure behaves under heavy or hostile traffic, so you find the breaking point on a Tuesday morning rather than during your busiest week. Because this affects your hosting provider as well as you, it needs written approval from everyone involved before it can be scheduled — which is why it's quoted rather than listed.

Before any testing starts. We test only systems you own or are formally authorised to test. Every security engagement begins with a written scope defining exactly what is in and out, signed by both parties. Nothing is touched until that document is signed and dated. If your site is hosted or maintained by a third party, we'll need their acknowledgement too.

Ongoing monitoring — €49/month. Uptime, certificate expiry, security header drift, and alerts when something you're running gets a newly published vulnerability. Optional, cancel anytime.

Covers the full year from launch. Bugs and faults fixed, problems investigated, and three content updates to existing pages whenever you need them across the year. Runs on a short written contract we both sign.

For clients without a support contract, work on websites, applications and AI systems is charged hourly and invoiced after the session. Billed in 30-minute increments. Payment within 7 days of invoice.

What we need from you.

Hosting. You'll need a hosting account in your own name, set up with your own payment method — monthly or annually, paid directly to them. We recommend Hostinger. That cost is separate from ours, and keeping it in your name means the site is always yours.

Access, not passwords. We never ask for your passwords. We'll ask to be added to your hosting account as a delegated user, and to Stripe with a restricted key or limited team role. You can see exactly what we can do, and revoke it the moment the project ends.

Stripe. For any package with a shop, you'll need a Stripe account in your name before we start. Stripe's transaction fees are theirs and are separate from our pricing.

Content. Text, images and logos for your site. If you don't have them ready, tell us early — it's the most common reason a project runs late.

Going live. Once we launch, DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to reach everyone on the internet. That's outside our control and sits on top of the quoted timeline.
