Presence

A clean, fast information site that tells people who you are and how to reach you. The right starting point if you need a professional presence online and nothing more complicated than that.

Accounts

Everything in Presence, plus your customers can create accounts and log in. Behind it sits a proper database holding customer details, product information or whatever your business needs to keep track of.

Store

A working online shop. Customers browse, add to basket and pay by card through Stripe, and orders land somewhere you can act on them.

Requires a Stripe account in your name, set up before we start. Stripe's transaction fees are charged by Stripe and are separate from our pricing.

Store + live editing

The admin area extends to the site itself. Click any heading, paragraph or image on your live site and change it, then save. No developer, no CMS to learn, no waiting on us for a price change or a new photo.

Store + AI assistant

Everything above, plus an assistant on your site trained on your own business content. It answers customer questions, points people at the right product and passes anything it can't handle to you. Final price depends on which AI model you choose and how much preparation your content needs, so this one starts with a scoping call.

Requires an API key in your name — a monthly or usage-based cost paid directly to the model provider. We recommend Claude for paid models. A free model can be used instead if you can provide a server, though what it can do will be limited by that server's specifications. See the AI data note in our terms.

Competition site

A complete prize-competition site, ready to run. List a prize, set the entry price and how many entries exist, take payments, run the draw, and announce the winner — all from an admin area. Built the way the established competition sites are built, including the skill question and free-entry route those sites rely on.

You are the operator of any competition run on this site, and you're responsible for it being lawful where you run it — including any licence or permit, your terms, your draw conduct and your age checks. We build the software; we don't provide legal advice and we can't confirm your competition is compliant. Take advice before you launch.

Applications

Internal tools, booking systems, dashboards, portals — anything that isn't a website with a shop bolted on. These can't be priced from a list, because no two are the same. Tell us what the problem is and we'll scope it, then give you a fixed written price before anything starts.

Assistant

One agent doing one job well, working from your own material — answering customer questions, drafting replies, or handling first-line enquiries.

Automation

An agent wired into your existing tools that runs a job on its own — triggered by an email arriving, a form being filled, a file landing, or a schedule. It does the work and logs what it did.

Agentic system

A multi-step system where several agents hand work between them, with a person approving anything that carries real consequence. Built with evaluation, so you can see whether it's actually performing rather than just running.

Custom system

Anything spanning several systems, handling sensitive data, or needing to run at volume. Scoped and quoted properly rather than squeezed into a tier.

Website security scan

An automated scan backed by manual verification, so you get real findings rather than a tool's raw output full of false positives. You'll know what's wrong, how serious it is, and what to do about it.

Website & infrastructure assessment

A deeper engagement covering the application behind the login, the infrastructure it runs on, and the email domain attackers actually use to impersonate you. Includes one free retest once you've made the fixes.

Assessment & remediation

The full assessment, and then we fix what we found rather than handing you a list. Ends with a retest and a summary letter you can show clients, partners or an insurer.

Resilience & load testing

Controlled testing of how your infrastructure behaves under heavy or hostile traffic, so you find the breaking point on a Tuesday morning rather than during your busiest week. Because this affects your hosting provider as well as you, it needs written approval from everyone involved before it can be scheduled — which is why it's quoted rather than listed.

Not available on shared hosting, where testing would affect other customers on the same server. Requires written authorisation from you and your hosting provider before any traffic is generated.

Suspicious email analysis

Your staff forward anything that looks wrong to one address, and we come back with a verdict: safe, suspicious, or malicious, and what to do next. Most phishing gets through because the person who received it wasn't sure and didn't want to bother anyone. This gives them somewhere to send it.

€20 a month for your whole organisation, including up to 20 items a month. Ad-hoc analysis without a monthly plan is €20 per item.

We analyse and advise. Acting on the advice — resetting a password, isolating a machine, notifying anyone who needs to know — is your call and your responsibility. If something has already gone wrong, tell us immediately rather than forwarding it and waiting.

Phishing simulation

Once a month we send your staff a realistic phishing email and report how the organisation responded. Not to catch anyone out — to show you where the gaps are, and to give people a safe experience of getting it wrong. Teams that run these consistently click far less over time.

We report the action a person took, not what they typed — our simulation pages never capture a real password, and nothing you'd have to treat as a breach is stored.

Results default to aggregate. Individual detail is available on request, but this is a training exercise, not a disciplinary one, and it stops working the moment your staff believe otherwise.

Your staff need to have been told, through your own policy, that simulations may happen. We'll help you word that.

Single part

One part printed from a file you already have. Right for a replacement bracket, a jig, a housing, or anything you'd otherwise be waiting weeks to source. The base covers setup, machine time and handling; material is quoted on top, because a part in carbon-fibre nylon costs us several times what the same part costs in PLA.

Minimum order is one block: €20 plus material.

Materials, priced by type and quoted with the job — standard: PLA, PETG. Engineering: ABS, ASA, PC, PA (nylon). Flexible: TPU. Reinforced: carbon-fibre and glass-fibre grades of the above. Support material where a part needs it. Tell us what the part has to survive and we'll suggest one.

Standard colours are included. Premium finishes — silk, matte, marble, glow, sparkle, translucent and similar — carry a surcharge, quoted with the job.

Parts larger than 256 mm in any dimension can be printed in sections and bonded — tell us and we'll advise.

If a print fails on our side we reprint it at no charge. The only exception is a model we flagged as unprintable where you asked us to go ahead anyway.

Collection is free. Postage is charged at cost and quoted with the job.

Small batch

A short run of the same part. The saving is the minimum: blocks are counted once across the whole run instead of once per part, so ten 30g parts is 300g — two blocks, not ten.

Priced on the total weight of the run, in 250g blocks rounded up, plus material. Ten 30g parts is 300g: two blocks, €40. The same ten ordered one at a time would each hit the one-block minimum — €200. Every quote states the block count.

Design and print

You don't have a file. Send a sketch, a photo, measurements, or the broken original, and we'll model it, print it, and adjust until it fits. You keep the CAD files at the end.

The €150 covers the modelling, two rounds of revisions, and the base on both the prototype and the final part — up to 250g each. Material is quoted on top, and anything heavier than 250g adds €20 per further block.

Production runs

Larger volumes, repeat orders, or an ongoing arrangement where you send files and we keep you supplied. Priced per unit once we know the part, the material and the volume.

Marketing & ecommerce

Positioning, messaging, store optimisation, content and campaigns. What this costs depends entirely on what you're selling, who to and through which channels, so we won't pretend a number on a page would mean anything. Tell us the goal and we'll come back with a plan and a price.
